Let’s learn about one soup and three dishes, Ichiju sannsai, which is Japanese basic meal style.
Ichiju sannsai has not only been limited the basic form of daily meals, but has also been the special food form served for traditional events representing 5 Sekku and New Year’s celebration.
Therefor you can learn Japanese food culture from the old to the present.

In this class, you set eating utensils by yourselves and get to know the right setting positions.
Chopstick rests easily made by paper are introduced.
Good table manners and beautiful way of eating are taught as well.

Depending on the targets, the contents are flexibly adapted.
If necessary, please inform the matters you’d like to learn.
